— House Rules & Conduct

The code.
Respect. Play. Repeat.

A · General Conduct
1 · Sportsmanship. All players must show sportsmanship and respect towards teammates, opponents, the referee and spectators — friendly, kind and considerate both on and off the field.
2 · Communication. Clear, positive communication at all times. Please avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, arguments, or aggressive behaviour.
3 · Cancellation. If you confirm your spot and then can't attend, please bring a replacement to fill your spot, or let us know as soon as possible.
B · Fouls, Penalties & Reffing
1 · No slide tackles. Slide tackles are strictly prohibited — players who slide will be cautioned.
2 · No aggressive tackles. Aggressive tackles are forbidden. Refrain from playing physical — play soccer and avoid causing injuries.
3 · Reffing. I will be reffing. With real goalies we play regular indoor rules — penalties and indirect free kicks. Yellow card = 2-minute suspension; red card = 5-minute suspension and done for the game.
4 · Footwear. Wear indoor or turf soccer shoes. Cleats are strictly prohibited.
C · Disciplinary Actions
1 · Committee. A committee will decide disciplinary actions against violators.
2 · Appeals. Appeals to disciplinary actions are available.
There will be 8 awards, each adding one point to its winner. Weekly stats crown an overall winner after 10 weeks.

Let's keep it respectful and fun for everyone. Thank you.
Stay calm and keep having fun.

Soccer is about enjoying the game and doing your best — not letting emotions take over. It's easy to get frustrated when things don't go your way, but the game is about having fun and learning. Don't let anyone's actions or words distract you from that. Stay focused, play with passion and good sportsmanship, keep your head cool, play with heart, and most importantly — keep having fun!
